Software Engineer (Java)

Job Description

Hybrid Enterprises is seeking Software Engineers --- Junior, Mid, and Senior Level positions are available -- experienced with Java to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL (34769). This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and fixing software. This will include all aspects of the software life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, releasing, training, and maintaining.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or another related tech-oriented major is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Successful completion of our Hybrid Training Program over the initial 90-Day Probationary period
  • Creates and modifies computer programs based on project specifications
  • Collaborates with other software developers, technical leads, project managers, and technical staff to fully understand the tasks that must be accomplished by the software requested
  • Designs or assists with design of graphical user interface (GUI) as needed
  • Test programs; coordinates and observes beta testing of new or updated programs
  • Debugs or corrects any issues discovered during testing
  • Analyzes, reviews, and revises programs as needed to increase operating efficiency or adapt program to new requirements
  • Develops and maintains documentation or program development and revisions
  • Develops, executes, and documents testing scenarios and outcomes
  • Participates in team meetings and demos as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Business Analyst/Integration Specialist

Job Description

 We are seeking a Business Analyst/Integration Specialist to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL (34769). This position will include heavy data analytics, software/system support, troubleshooting software issues, gather and documenting system requirements, as well as software testing. This position will work closely with our Identity and Access development teams on enhancements, testing, and integrations to targeted identity solutions Legacy and/or NextGen (Entra-Id, Okta, Saviynt).  Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, highly organized, and flexible to support the project as needed for success.


Job Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years experience working in a technology position; previous analyst experience required
  • Exceptional communication/customer service skills
  • Experience with Data analytics and data analysis
  • Assist with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure      compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
  • Thorough understanding of software development and programming concepts
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on      governance objectives.
  • Access Review and Audit Support
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement process optimizations.

Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Systems Administrator to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL to deliver mission critical infrastructure and ensure the highest level of performance and security to our clients. Must have Linux Administration and Scripting experience. This position is responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology solutions; providing technical support, and performing scripting to ensure stable and efficient operations. Must participate in a regular On-Call rotation schedule (every 3rd week).

Requirements:

Software QA Tester

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Software QA Tester to join our talented, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience working in QA Testing/Support role with experience debugging, troubleshooting, and creating/executing test plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute automated test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts

Test Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with at least 2+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Selenium/relevant tools for test automation and practical exposure to IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Ping, OKTA, CyberArk. The role requires strong expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality assurance in IAM/IGA solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation test strategies specific to IAM and IGA solutions
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IAM/IGA applications.
  • Work closely with development and security team to define testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python.
  • Execute test cases across different IAM especially Application onboarding, User Management, RBAC, Analytics, SSO, Authentication, and Authorization.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI to validate IAM/IGA integrations
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for integrating automated tests.
  • Identify, log, track, and validate defects using tools like JIRA
  • Analyze test failures and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Report test results, document defects, and provide recommendations for improving system quality.
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter or similar tools to asses system scalability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including IAM engineers, DevOps, and security teams.
  • Provide regular test progress updates and contribute to quality assurance reports.
  • Programming Languages: Java/Python (for test automation scripting)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • IAM/IGA Products: Hands-on experience with at least one of SailPoint, Saviynt, or Ping Identity (Nice to have)
  • CI/CD DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker (Nice to Have)

Information Security Engineer

Job Description

 We are seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Saviynt, Azure Entra, and/or AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs IAM NextGen SSO contract. The Security IAM team owns, configures, and manages the transition from Legacy CA-Siteminder and IBM/SSOe platforms to new instances of Okta/Entra ID/Saviynt.  This role will focus on managing IAM solutions, ensuring that the organization’s user identities, access controls, and security policies are effectively governed. As a Security Engineer, you will collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure a robust, scalable, and secure identity management system. If you have a passion for Identity and Access Management to empower and enable internal and external customers while working with new technology in a high-energy & supportive team, then this is the opportunity for you. 


Responsibilites:

  

  • Help VA to modernize Identity and Access Management, with focus on Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, Okta and Entra ID
  • Design and implement IAM solutions to support hybrid cloud environments (on-premises + cloud) while ensuring strong security controls and compliance.
  • Produce end user documentation for internal teams on how to take advantage of services as it relates to Identity and Access Management.
  • Facilitate and support access reviews, ensuring that compliance requirements are met, and end-user friction is mitigated. Also support audit requests to provide evidence      that controls are in place related to access reviews.
  • Review and produce project documentation, including maintaining technical documents and business requirements.
  • Partner with the cross-functional teams to build scalable/secure solutions to support and harden our identity posture.
  • Provide training to major stakeholders on the products the team manages to establish business as usual processes and provide clear expectations.
  • Develop and report on important key performance indicators or metrics that demonstrate value to the organization for the products that the team manages.
  • Responsible for operationally supporting the tools and platforms the Modern Access team supports.
  • Responsible for ensuring change control and incident management processes and procedures are followed as per VA standards.
  • Facilitate design strategy and successful execution of playbook adoption, planning, and intake processes. 


Qualifications:


  • 2-3+ years experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise SSO and/or IAM solutions.
  • Expertise with industry IAM concepts and best practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, ILM, IGA, and PAM.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST/FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, ZeroTrust, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL, and other supporting technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working within SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills.
