Job Description

Hybrid Enterprises LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL (34769). The Systems Administrator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance, upgrade, and implementation of the server and end user software, hardware, security, and networking systems.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or another related tech-oriented major preferred
  • Must have 2+ years experience working as a Systems Administrator
  • Experience in Powershell preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft and Linux Operating System preferred
  • Strong Documentation, Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Azure DevOps or similar deployment tools preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting PC systems
  • Active Directory experience
  • Working knowledge on AD Users and Group administration
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and/or languages preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • MUST be a U.S. citizen and possess a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation

Software Tester

Job Description

Hybrid has an opening for an Software Tester/Automation Engineer to join our talented, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in QA Testsing/Support role with experience debugging, troubleshooting, and creating/executing test plans. Preference

given to candidates with experience in automation and performance testing with Rational Suite. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute automated test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts.
  • Develop automated test scripts in accordance with requirements.
  • Exercise knowledge and skill to ensure that test environments are set up accurately.
  • Develop test reports
  • Test IT hardware, software, systems, and networks.
  • Develop automated tests using Java


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technology based major or related field.
  • Proficient at creating test plans and scenarios
  • Familiarity with IBM's Rational Quality Manager tool for defect and test management
  • Experience in automation and performance testing with Rational Suite
  • Must be highly motivated with exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a cross functional environment
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles
  • Some familiarity with Programming/Software Development such as Java preferred
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and analyze requirements; Ability to identify gaps in requirements
  • Solid knowledge of software testing approaches and methodologies

Java Developer

Job Description

Hybrid Enterprises LLC has an opening for a Java Developer to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL (34769). This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and fixing our software. This will include all aspects of the software life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, releasing, training, and maintaining the software. Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) a definite plus.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in a Technology Support role with experience analyzing data to establish system requirements, troubleshooting, and creating/executing test plans. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or computer science.

Essential Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

  • Gather and analyze data to establish system requirements
  • Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work tasks and team members
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend systems/equipment/technologies based upon client needs
  • Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents
  • Interface with various team members such as management, administration, and support staff on a regular basis
  • Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system recommendations
  • Provide client with post-installation and integration support


 Requirements:
